Step 1: Complete a “Book Voucher Request” form for the current term.
Step 2: Submit the completed form to:
Middletown Campus: The Welcome Desk in Student Services Central (3rd Floor Shepard Center)
Newburgh Campus: Student Services Central Drop Box (Kapln Builing, Room 110)
Scan and e-mail to: email@example.com
Step 3: A decision will be sent to your SUNY Orange email address from the Financial Aid Office
Step 4: When you’ve received your electronic “Book Voucher”, prior to selecting your books go to the
Bookstore’s Customer Service Desk with your Student ID card AND a print out of your Book Voucher e-mail OR have this e-mail ready on your mobile device (cell phone/tablet). After clearing this first step, you’ll be able to select your purchases and proceed to checkout.
You can use your e-mail voucher notification in The Bookstore between
January 9, 2017 and January 27, 2017
