Prices, Availability & Accuracy of Textbook Information:

The SUNY Orange Bookstore works to ensure the currency of textbook information available through the Bookstore and on this web site but can not warrant its absolute accuracy due to errors, changes in academic department decisions and/or publisher updates. All information is subject to change. 

The Bookstore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to an order at anytime (which may mean correcting an error after an order has been submitted when the shopping cart feature is available).  When choosing items to purchase, keep in mind that some items such as access cards and workbooks with significant fill-in-the-blanks and/or perforated pages may not be available in a used format due to lack of functionality to a second user.


Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices that are blank indicate that pricing information for that item is unavailable. Courses without textbook information associated with them are pending further information.  We recommend that you do not purchase textbooks too far in advance of the term because textbook requirements may change.  Professors and academic departments may make changes to adoptions or editions.  The Bookstore will make these changes on Textbook Pre-Pack orders as well as "at once" orders placed through the Bookstore web site.  Every effort is made to provide accurate information as it becomes available.

** The SUNY Orange Bookstore is not responsible for purchases individuals make using information obtained through the SUNY Orange Bookstore or through this web site.  Information is provided as a service for planning purposes.  **

A minimum of one full business day is required for processing orders when the website shopping cart feature is available.  Orders requesting shipping need to provide a street address.  All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping or being held at the SUNY Orange Bookstore for pick up.  The only exception is when a student has a current Financial Aid Bookstore Authorization.  With this in place, books may be held for a limited time at the store prior to picking up and charging.  When the shopping cart feature is not available, books may be purchased by visiting the SUNY Orange Bookstore.  Click here for our hours of operation which include extended hours at the start of the term at both our Middletown and Newburgh locations.  We look forward to being of service.
